Swift advance and sideways shuffle followed by full-stretch dive [Goalkeeper Warm-Up Programme]

Exercise: starting in a standing position, run forwards a short distance while looking straight ahead, shuffle to the right side of the goal and then take a few quick steps towards the middle again before diving to the left.
Key points:
• Eyes should always be scanning pitch for potential danger, including when coming out of goal
• Athletic position
• Focus is on diving
Repetitions: Three per side.
